The position and accuracy of the plate roller of the multi-color printing slotting machine itself, the adjustment of the feeding roller and the traction roller, the use of the traction belt, the accuracy of the printing plate arrangement and the warping of the cardboard will all have a direct impact on the overprinting effect. To solve the problem of inaccurate overprinting of multi-color printing, first of all, the pressure of the plate roller part of each color should be slightly larger than the previous one, so that the pressure applied on all colors can be equal. The ghosting is caused by the excessive pressure on the anilox roller and the deformation of the printing plate (referring to the flexographic plate), so the gap between the two rollers should be increased and the pressure should be reduced accordingly; to solve the problem of printing leakage, the plate roller and the embossing roller should be adjusted. The gap and pressure between them (commonly known as downforce).
Print ghosting and dropouts. These are two problems that often arise in the production process. The ghost around the printing pattern or text is caused by the excessive pressure between the anilox roller and the printing plate; the ghost at the front edge of the printing is caused by the excessive pressure between the printing cylinder and the embossing roller; large The area printing through the bottom and white leakage is also caused by insufficient pressure of the printing roller and the embossing roller. To solve the problem of printing ghosting, the gap and pressure (commonly known as upper pressure) between the anilox roller and the plate roller should be adjusted.
At present, advanced countries such as the United States, Japan, France, Italy, Germany and other carton production have realized two production processes, while my country has only realized one production process. For example, the corrugated board production line just merges the original relatively backward processes into the corrugated board production line process, which basically realizes the continuous production after the merger, and the quality of the board is improved. The production of the front process of the corrugated cardboard production line is basically mechanized, but the latter process is still divided into several processes: printing, slotting, slitting, stapling and packaging. Although the water-based printing slotting machine solves printing, slotting, slitting, die-cutting, and nail boxing, packaging still needs to be separated.
