To solve the problem of printing ghosting, the gap and pressure between the anilox roll and the plate roll should be adjusted. Secondly, pay attention to adjusting the gap and position of the feeding roller and pulling roller at the front and rear of each printing press, especially when the width of the board is too narrow. In case of partial color registration, two traction belts should be added to the edge of each printing plate to ensure the smooth transition of the cardboard during the printing process; in addition, due to the different warpage of the corrugated cardboard, the cardboard should be replaced if necessary.
