When adjusting and replacing the chain, attention should be paid: the installation direction of the spring card at the chain joint should be the same as that of the chain joint. The running direction of the chain is the same, so as to avoid impact, jump, or even fall off during running.

4. Disassemble and wash all rolling bearings, and add new grease, calcium-sodium-based grease can be used.

5. Remove the dirt on all friction surfaces, especially the chain and sprocket, and refill the lubricating oil.

The maintenance and repair of carton packaging machinery requires certain technical personnel to maintain and repair to ensure the quality and performance of carton machinery in use, and play an important role and value in the production of carton boxes.

6. Check the stove for smoke leakage. If smoke leakage is found, check the drum smoke baffle, stove and chimney, etc. If any damage is found, it should be repaired and replaced in time. For electric heating models, check whether the electric heating tube is damaged, and replace the damaged ones.
