Printing principle of ink printing machine
The ink printing machine uses a rubber roller (equalizing roller) to transfer the ink in the ink tank to the printing plate on the printing cylinder, so as to print the required text or pictures and other information on the surface of the carton.
Printer introduction
Printer layout: Usually printers have the following basic layouts
a) Feeding organization
The feeding organization is to put the cardboard to be printed on the work surface. (Second-hand carton machinery) There are three methods: manual, semi-automatic and automatic. The latter two are completed by the feeding machine (semi-automatic and automatic).
b) Paper feed organization
The current paper feeding methods mainly include chain feeding, push-back feeding and leading edge vacuum suction feeding. Its characteristics range from simple and simple to cluttered in layout, and the processing accuracy is getting higher and higher. Usually, the accuracy of chain feeding processing is about ±1.5mm, and the accuracy of leading edge vacuum adsorption can reach ±0.5mm. Of course, it is not the same. The value of equipment is also different.
c) Printing Department
The printing part is the key part of the printer. According to the number of colors that can be printed at one time, it can be divided into several printing parts. The main parts of the printing section are printing roller (for equipment printing plate), ink equalizing roller (or scraper), anilox roller (metal or ceramic), etc. Relative movement (horizontal or up and down) can be performed between different color groups ) to ensure operations such as plate change and cleaning.
d) ink circulation system
Usually, a pneumatic pump is used to complete the ink circulation operation. The disadvantage of this system is that when changing colors, the ink loss is large and the time is long. At present, a Japanese manufacturer has developed a non-circulating system, and adopts the method of variable pressure (pressurizing when feeding ink and reducing pressure when retracting), which greatly reduces the time of ink change and ink loss.
Paper separation, crimping, slotting machine:
Paper separation is to cut the cardboard with a rotating blade according to a certain standard, and the crimping line is to crush the folded part of the carton through the crimping wheel, which is convenient for folding. Slotting is to cut off the "remaining" cardboard at the flap and lap tongue of the carton. Generally speaking, the line pressing and slotting machine can complete the cardboard cutting, creasing, slotting and other processes at one time, and some equipment can also be equipped with punching equipment. For slightly more advanced printers, a crimping and slotting part is usually equipped after the printing part.
